Party Time Heart Dangles

Quite possibly my favorite of the heart dangles thus far - these are blue jelly acrylic coated in a custom blend of neon pastel hex glitter, holo glitter and iridescent micro glitter. These are so much fun and remind me of one of my childhood birthday parties at the skating rink. Lightweight and can be converted to clips.
